MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed professional makeup and 45 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.  Upon arrival you will hang your wardrobe and start on makeup.  Makeup will be 30-45 minutes, then we will move into shooting.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Rustic Reflections Photography.  Images will not be used on social media, or websites without Clients permission.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc.)

PRICING: A deposit of $110 is due upon reservation.  An invoice will be emailed showing receipt of deposit and additional payments to cover the full session fee.  Included in the session fee is the studio, makeup, 45 min photoshoot and 30 digital images.  The full session fee is due 14 days prior to your session.
